From the very beginning, Tendera's core idea has been to build a comprehensive public procurement database. We gather data from every stage of the procurement process: before the tender, during it and after it. Our database automatically collects and processes the meeting minutes, officeholder decisions and investment plans of municipalities, wellbeing services counties and regional councils, tender documents of every size with their attachments, and the prior information notices, market surveys and procurement plans published in Hilma. We collect the same data, with its decisions and documents, for Swedish public procurement as well.

The platform holds information on completed procurements and direct awards, ready-made comparison tables, and even the small procurement decisions that never get an official award notice. The data is imported into our system automatically and directly from the original sources, and users have unlimited access to the entire database.

First the data, then the AI

Our technology does not rely on an AI fetching information from the web as separate searches; instead, all material is compiled in advance onto our own platform. That is why we do not limit the number of searches. We combine rule-based and AI-based tools for processing the data, so your company can find what matters, connect data points and set up automatic alerts. The AI relies only on the platform's genuine documents, and every answer shows its source.
